A service which allows consumers to access 'information on demand' via two-way text messaging, for example
a potential customer sends a text message to the number displayed on a sign and within 20 seconds they have information via text message which includes property price, number of bedrooms, contact details of Estate Agent (address, phone, web).

TXTbak also works from newspaper advertisements, househunters can join up for property alerts by texting example the message LR new, or LR area to the number and they will then receive alert messages telling them when new property becomes available.
